Offer up received the payment for the item a wooden sword I mailed and I have not received any money for the wooden sword I mailed. Three weeks ago, you didn't pay my account at all. They received the package and I got in touch with the buyer. I feel angry! I want my money! User's recommendation: Don't mail anything. You will never get paid.

I advise you if you get this app, sign up for Tru You first. If you don't sign up with it first, any money you receive won't deposit. Great app!! Customer service needs work. Offer up is an excellent app. It’s very easy to use. It’s fun to use! Customer Service however— needs a little work as of December 2017. I had an issue with a paid for feature called “bumps” which put your items above other sellers ads so your items are seen first. It’s a really nice feature.
