Microsoft Rewards App Xbox Not Working
9. Back to Xbox Home, quit the game, waited a bit, launched Xbox Rewards App, waited a bit there, too . 10. Opened the weekly streak icon, showed 3/3, pressed A to claim the +40, streak showing 60 weeks, 2500 reward points showed up, oddly showing 0/3 achievements but everything has green checkmark . Note that the daily +50 didn't work after.
The rewards app on my phone is not working either, so it must be an issue on their end. It did the same thing a couple weeks ago, but they got it fixed in about a day. Just be patient or else you are going to drive yourself crazy with doing all these extra steps when there is nothing you can do until the issue is resolved by Microsoft Rewards.
I’ve gotten four achievements in Walking Dead New Frontier, and it isn’t counting in either the Microsoft Rewards app for the weekly challenges nor the Game Pass Quests. I am at 59 weeks for my Rewards Weekly Set and want my 2,500 bonus points, dammit.
The acknowledgement by Microsoft still appears in the Xbox app (see below), so I'm not ready to declare victory yet. But generally speaking, it seems safe to assume that things are back to normal. Some people have also reported that achievement quests are working again for Game Pass quests.
It's not like it has to get your achievement information from a different platform. I've noticed that the rewards app on the Xbox is off by several hours (in the US, at least). The date changes at around 8 PM CST, I think.
